TERMS OF SERVICE1. Services and ScopeI provide animation, artwork, and design services. The scope of each project, including specific deliverables, timeline, and requirements, will be outlined in a separate agreement or through client communication.
Any additional requests outside the initial project scope may result in additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon with you before work proceeds.2. Payment TermsPayment structure (e.g., deposits, installment plans) will be communicated before project initiation.
All invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete payment on time may delay or halt the project.
Non-refundable deposits may be required for certain services.3. RevisionsEach project includes a set number of revisions, typically specified at the start. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees.
Revision requests should be made within the agreed-upon timeframe. Excessive revisions or fundamental project changes may result in additional charges.4. Delivery and FormatFinal work will be delivered in the format agreed upon at the start of the project, high-resolution JPEG or PNG for artwork).
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on the complexity of the project and your responsiveness.5. Usage Rights and OwnershipOwnership rights of the final product will be transferred to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed upon. I retain the right to use the work for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.
Unauthorized alterations or misrepresentations of the work may violate this agreement and result in legal action.6. Cancellations and RefundsYou may cancel projects, but any completed work or expenses incurred up to the cancellation point will be invoiced.
Refunds are generally not available, especially once the work has commenced. Any refund exceptions will be at my discretion.7. ConfidentialityI maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details unless permission is granted for public sharing or display.8. LiabilityI am not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the provided services.
My total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid for the project.9. Modifications to TermsI reserve the right to update or modify these terms as needed. You will be notified of any significant changes.
